In 2002, Morrow led the founding of the Twin Cities Black Film Festival in Minneapolis Minnesota, where she serves as its CEO. To date, TCBFF has showcased more than 500 filmmakers, 700 films/short films, and documentaries. In 2014, BET and Lexus joined HBO and Microsoft as Premiere Sponsors for the festival. Natalie has hosted such Hollywood stars as Nate Parker, Pam Grier, Keith Robinson, Mario, Cory Hardrict, Gabrielle Union, Hill Harper, Angela Bassett and Will Smith.
